About Me

I'm a 22 yr old Australian girl with an ever expanding passion for all things beauty. I'm forever playing with new products and trying new things. I'm a beauty therapist so expect posts relating to all aspects of my job. I want to share my knowledge, tips and tricks with you and help your solve your beauty questions and dramas!

I first studied makeup, a cert II in Retail Cosmetics one day a week while completing grade 12 in 2009. I went back after I finished my senior year and completed a cert II in Nail Technology in 2010. After a few years bouncing around doing freelance makeup and working multiple office and retail jobs (where I picked up a cert III in Business Admin) I decided to take a year off and study a Diploma of Beauty Therapy which I completed at the end of 2013. I just became an Advanced IPL Technician in July 2014 and am looking forward to this new area of beauty. I am aspiring to go back and finish my makeup diploma within the next few years. I have been working as a beauty therapist / makeup artist at my previous job at a beauty salon in inner city Brisbane for 13 months and really enjoyed it. I have recently changed salons and am now a full time beauty therapist for Ella Bache! How cool is that? I'm absolutely loving the atmosphere and the girl I work with.

I decided to create this blog to share my love of all things makeup and beauty. I also wanted to share my knowledge as a beauty therapist and help with skincare, nail care, waxing tips, importance of looking after yourself and any thing beauty related you can think of. 

I feel I'm an eternal student and will forever be learning and studying new products, technologies and techniques which I can then bring to you.
